What I Offer
Private, In-Home Lessons
I come to you, for 30-minute private lessons, in YOUR home. I fit training into YOUR busy schedule.
We start with a complimentary meet-and-greet and meet once a week to train fundamental behaviors (Sit, Down, Stay, Come, Watch Me, Touch, Leave It and Drop It) and leash walking.
We can also address any unwanted behaviors like Jumping, Housebreaking, Digging, Chewing, Puppy "Biting" and Counter Surfing with a Behavior Modification Plan.
Life is too short to not enjoy the company of your dog!
If you are too busy to train your dog with me, I can also do "day training" packages in your own home. With this option, I do a couple lessons with the dog, alone, and then catch you up with what we are doing in a transfer lesson. Please contact me directly for options.
Daily Walks
I come to your home and
take your dog out for a 20- or 30-minute walk. We can work training polite behaviors like Sit at Streets and leash reactivity issues, if your dog is a training client.
My daily dog clients have learned to loose-leash walk and heel in the course of our daily walks. Walking well on a leash requires PRACTICE, PATIENCE and PAY (rewards). If you do not enjoy walking your own dog, or are unable to, please give me a chance to help or do it for you!
My specialty is Walk & Train outings. I come and walk your dog, privately, and we work on basic and advanced leash skills. Make it a package and let me show you how, once your dog and I are in step.
Petsitting
I come to your house while you are away overnight or on vacation. I DO NOT offer overnight pet sitting, but prefer to come either 3-4 times a day (early morning-night between hours of 7am to 10pm) to feed, water, play with and walk your dog. I also have training in caring for cats, birds, fish and reptiles and small animals, if needed.

As a pet owner of two large, senior dogs, a parrot and tropical fish aquarium, I know how important quality care is and how it can be difficult to find someone to love and care for your pets when you aren't there. Whether it be walks, training or pet sitting, you can rest assured that I will care for your "fur babies" as if they were my own.
I specialize in basic training of your pup in manners. If you'd like more assistance on obedience training or non-aggressive behavior modification, I'd be happy to help with that, as well. I prefer to use positive reinforcement training methods only.
